Our world is experiencing difficult times, especially as we all shelter in place at home. The lives and livelihoods of many in the LGBTQ community are at risk admidst the COVID-19 crisis. Cal Poly students are learning remotely from around the globe. We have created this podcast to provide a community and grounding space for members of the Community. The QT Cast is a podcast hosted by the staff at the Cal Poly Pride Center. Our goal is to help create and sustain a sense of community within the LGBTQ+ community at Cal Poly and in SLO, even though we may not be able to see each other in person (social distancing matters!). Biweekly, the hosts chat about topics of queer interest or put a queer spin on broader social topics, while keeping up-to-date on relevant news, events, and pop culture.
