Victorian London will never be the same after rambunctious New York twins Panda and Poppy Wilcox arrive to spend a fun-filled summer with their uncle Whimsey. Unbeknownst to the twins, seeing the sights will have to wait, as secrets are revealed, a mystery unfolds, and a new adventure begins.

Whimsey, a disinherited young Lord, and his two friends are minding the office of England's greatest detective, Skipton Jack, in 1880s London. When there is an unexpected knock on the door, our reluctant heroes are put to the test, to solve a mystery and save the Mayfair children from the evil Nanny Nightshade, who will stop at nothing to receive a handsome ransom despite the many obstacles placed in her way. Come join our heroes in a merry fast-paced romp throughout London, as Whimsey and Co. find their footing and embark on an adventure.

Mischievous 9-year-old twins, Panda and Poppy Wilcox are leaving New York City to stay with their titled Great Aunts in 1882 Tunbridge Wells, England. During the twin's journey from London, they encounter a disagreeable fellow by the name of Cheese Wedge. Little do the twins know, the laughable man they meet on a southbound train from London will create chaos and a mystery that only their uncle, a disinherited young aristocrat, and his two friends can solve.
