Whatever you do, your ego is sure to interfere with your performance. We all have egos: it's our natural defence system which is triggered when we experience strong emotions, such as anxiety and fear.

Steven Sylvester started his career in professional sport, before going to university to study occupational psychology. He combined interests in sport and psychology to develop the concept of Leadership without EGO. Steven joins Robin Morgan in the studio to discuss this concept, as it's outlined in his book rather quaintly named Detox your Ego.
