The story of how high profile speakers have come to Leamington Spa to lead Listening to God conferences dates back to before Rev Anne Hibbert was given the vision for The Well. In the summer of 2000, God gave Anne Hibbert and Ruth Lockyer a unique vision to organise a regular event for women, particularly emphasising The Father’s Love.
