People are being monitored in subway (underground) stations, public buildings, university lecture buildings, and God-knows-where. David Paul Folyant expertly captures the spirit of fear that results from such an environment. Folyant further pushes the envelop to ponder the possible consequences of today's surveillance culture.

If she were a normal 15-year-old girl, Ivy Nimiki would only be worried about getting her driver's license, arguing with her dad, and finding time to spend with her friends.
