Awesome book!
I definitely learned a lot from this book. In my own personal life it is extremely hard to balance a full-time graveyard job, while taking part-time courses for school, planning a future wedding, exercise and managing my sleep schedule. Not only that managing my home life with everyday chores paying bills living on my own. I became desperate for change found this book and I'm excited to apply a few things I learned in to my life.
Thanks Kevin!

The author doesn’t reinvent the wheel but makes a great job of packaging useful tips and ideas on how to better manage one's time.
Quality of sound recording was a bit below par, but nothing too distracting.
I could see myself listening to this book on an annual basis. It's short and efficient and practical.
