Short and to the point

Didn't seem to push an agenda and did exactly what it said. Told the myth and what was wrong about it. As a night owl getting affirmation with the first myth debunked honestly was super appreciated. ADHD tends to come with sleep issues which has made me a more natural night owl and getting affirmations that a 10pm bedtime is just not natural for some people was a great feeling.
its short so I recommend to anyone who has considered downloading it.

Fairly common points but presented in such a manner that you pay better attention and are, therefore, more likely to employ the options offered .
