I bought this book on sale so that I can see if I like the series.
I saw all the 5 star reviews, here on and amazon.com, so I thought this was a no brainer.
OMG, yes, someone goes missing, and 35 chapters later, nothing happens, seriously, 5 hours of listening for nothing.
I am trying to finish it, I have 3 hours left (at 1.25x speed) and I got to the conclusion that this one is not worth it.
I have listened to hundreds of books, and I can count on one hand the number of them that I did not finish, and this one is getting added to it.
The narrator is ok, but she mispronounces a very common Indian name (Prya).
I don't get all the 5 star reviews, not sure if the rest of the series is good or not but this one book should never happened.
Save your money or your credit, not worth it!!!
