Anxiety is a hard card to be dealt but Knight does a FANTASTIC job of keeping things light while addressing real issues with real solutions.

Sarah made big changes most of us can't afford
Sarah had a funny delivery and kept me entertained, but I wouldn't say I have transformed as a person.
Her premise is simple: when you get wound up - calm the F down. What she will also tell you is she lives in the Caribbean and leads a much different life than the average North America. I'm not faulting her, just re-iterating that it's hard to relate to someone on island time when deadlines are real and stress cannot be avoided.
Honestly, it was funny and one of the more common sense self-help books I've heard - just don't expect to come out the other end a brand new person.

Very Entertaining
I am not an overly anxious or stressed out person, but I recently experienced a level of anxiety I had never gone through before. This book is not for people who have a chronic or medical problem with anxiety.
