About this listen
Christmas at Tiffany's is an exciting, globetrotting story of friendship and romance from Karen Swan.
Cassie settled down too young, marrying her first serious boyfriend. Now, 10 years later, she is betrayed and broken. With her marriage in tatters and no career or home of her own, she needs to work out where she belongs in the world and who she really is.
So begins a yearlong trial as Cassie leaves her sheltered life in rural Scotland to stay with each of her best friends in the most glamorous cities in the world: New York, Paris and London. Exchanging grouse moor and mousy hair for low-carb diets and high-end highlights, Cassie tries on each city for size as she attempts to track down the life she was supposed to have been leading, and with it the man who was supposed to love her all along.
Christmas at Tiffany's is followed by the captivating sequel, Summer at Tiffany's.

A Romantic Cozy Read!
What a wonderful read! The story opens to Cassie getting ready to celebrate her 10th year anniversary. Her best friends have all flown in to celebrate 🍾. She finds out her husband has not only had an affair with one of those best friends but overhears them both saying goodnight to their child over the phone! Devastated, Cassie Flys out to spend time with each of her friends out in New York, Paris, and London. Cassie tries to find herself again, follow her dreams, and enjoy the freedom of exploring outside her Scotland home she's never left after 10 years.
You really do get whisked away, found myself immersed in each city. She makes new friends, rekindles a childhood love, starts dating, and with each experience a new makeover and job. Loved this! Such an adventurous, romantic, cozy read. Beautifully written. 😍 💕

Simply The Best
Katie’s performance is AMAZING- she does like 5 different accents and men and makes everyone sound unique. If you like romance stories with a bit of fun and drama, with some escapist fantasy too with the descriptions of dream vacation destinations in Europe, you will not be disappointed! Fun, engaging, and I am picking up the sequel! I’ve been hooked ❤️ bravo!

Had its moments.
The story was ok the best part being set in NY, Paris and London. The author made a lot of errors when using words and expressions not used in the U. S. when the story was set in NY. She needs an American editor to check this. Narrator was ok - good accents except her American accent - pretty poor.
