About this listen

Books 1-3 in the hit Chrysalis Monster-Evolution LitRPG series are now available in this special bundle, filled with action, laughs, and army-building to the extreme!

Anthony has been reborn!

Placed into the remarkable game-like world of Pangera.

But something seems a little off... What's with these skills? Bite? Dig?

Wait....

He's been reborn as a WHAT?!

Follow Anthony as he attempts to adjust to his new life as an ant in his new Dungeon home. He'll have to learn how to survive, level-up, and grow both himself and his bite-sized colony into a force to be reckoned with.

About this Series: Jump into a rebirth story that mixes LitRPG and GameLit Elements with Monster Evolution, Levels, Stats, Skills, Magic, Power Progression, Kingdom Building, Party Building, Army Building, evolution, a monster MC, gigantic enemies (compared to Ant at least), and plenty of humor fitting for such a ludicrous premise.

Incredible story, and somehow… even MORE incredible performance

TL;DR: If you’re a fan of casual-listening, monster-progression LitRPGs with a rich, evolving world, get this book.

The writing is so easy to fall into, I was pretty much immediately hooked. The author effortlessly makes you feel invested in each character. In the first book, it’s mainly the MC, interspersed cleverly with asides to other characters that gives you a peek at a much more complex, moving world, and foreshadows events to come.

Amazingly, the narrator is even better. Such a variety of tones in his performance, that at first I thought there were two different male actors! Jeff Hayes brings so much life to this story. This is one of the only audiobooks that I would genuinely choose over paperback, every time.

A fun adventure, and only gets better in each book

Firstly, the performance by both narrators is spectacular and deserves recognition of its own. Moving on to the books, I found myself enjoying the adventure of Anthony to progress his colony to be the best. It’s easy to follow along and listen to while working on other things. I do have two gripes with these three books though. First, there are too many instances of stat-padding, meaning the narrator reads out a bunch of information that serves no purpose other than to add minutes to the book. Sure, the narrator tells you to skip ahead of you don’t enjoy it, but that isn’t possible when you’re multitasking. Secondly, I wish there was more writing about the larger picture, meaning the voice that speaks to Anthony and the system he’s in.

My favorite monster LitRPG. I'm a old fan of the royal road I need fifteen words but give this book a shot if you like world building and comedy.

Amazing world building

Again Jeff Hays you have brought me laughing through yet another amazing book. Wish a game like this actually existed. Great job!

Unlikeable MC

Main character beats up his pet whenever it doesn’t immediately do what he wants. Gross.
