Very good and understandable look at the topic.
I thoroughly appreciate this writers' style of book writing. She aims towards pleasing the readers interest and understanding of each subject.

Best Coping Advice with "F" bombs!!!
""F" Bomb Warning .. If you are not of the colorful language type then Dr. Faith's books are just not the books for you.... Dr. Faith Harper, she says it like is is in the real world. I have never laughed so hard in my life and I look forward to doing it a whole lot more!!!. This audible book is supplemental for online, as Dr. Faith is a real life Psychologist and therapist, and her books are as she says, ezines. I also enjoy the narrator her tone and rate are perfect. I have replayed this book a second time and will replay it again in the future because I really enjoy the overall experience of listening to it.
What I enjoy most from all of Dr. Faith's ezine is her down to earth feedback ideas, options and advice that she gives. She also gives links to help you with checklists and other Authors as well. Any books I do not get on my plus membership that are by Dr. Faith Harper, I will be buying. Thanks Audible

A marvelous toolbox!
I recommend this audio book to each adult coping OR NOT with the world's BS for the info shared in it could come handy to him/her direclty or to else in his close surrounding through him/her. A MUST have!

Enduring through the “cool mom” narration/writing style
I’ve been liking Faith’s books for the valuable information it’s been giving me to improve myself, but the “cool mom who swears” writing (Faith) and delivery (Erin) can sure be grating. Makes it feel like she’s only trying to appeal to edgy teen girls. But, I won’t turn away from her body of work because of a somewhat cringy writing style.

Way too much cursing
Listen, I swear, but it really screws up the message of a book when every other sentence there is cursing. This author is bad for this; I've listened to another book of hers and was totally turned off by this stupid trend to market to younger people. I didn't find this book overly valuable, but wasn't a complete waste.
