Turner Construction's latest restoration project is a historic Queen Anne Victorian in San Francisco. This time, general contractor Mel Turner has to work around the owners, who insist on sticking around-along with some ghosts that insist in their own way that the work stops.

Cozy Cookie-cutter Campiness, What's Not to Love!?

The second instalment in the series does not disappoint. Aside from the supernatural elements this book is completely believable and fun. The characters are well rounded and the relationships between them are believable and real.
A very enjoyable listen.
