An interesting mix of Philosophy and Application

I both read and listened to the book It is utterly fascinating.

That said, it is actually a simple subject once one understands the basics of it. Take the time to digest the material as some of it subject matter such as emotion or Life force might be unfamiliar

All in all it is an interesting read and I do suggest one give a crack at it of you want something to study.

Gave understanding of mental health

I have heard a lot about this book and about how it has a workable view to mental health. There's so many books and stuff out there and the volcano on the front of this one attracted my interest. It is very thorough and I wound up with... I suppose you could say a totally different view of how my mind works, and what the unconscious part of it does and its influence. Wow. Never realized the effect it could make in my life. Now that I know that, I feel I can work more effectively and I know more of why other people act in certain ways.
