How relatable this book is to everyday life

I am disappointed with audible. I bought the book, and then got extremely sick so wanted to listen to it and follow along. However, the audiobook reads this book out of order. Why???

A Great Alternative to Affirmations

I have listened to this audiobook three times now. I like to listen to it during my morning commute as an alternative to daily affirmations. I find listening to this audiobook very soothing.
