If you are even thinking of starting this book —do it.
If you’re scared, nervous, feel like you don’t have time —do it. Making the time for myself and using this book as a tool has been one of the most significant displays of self love I have ever given myself.
I tried to run from it, from the book and myself, and I lead myself back here, unknowingly, tjme after time.

Amazing resource. Could definitely use a PDF
I love this book, but I will have to go back and bookmark the exercises because I don't always have the capacity to write down exercise questions when I'm on the go. A PDF with the exercises would be extremely helpful.
