Her goals to assist people in achieving their healthy lifestyle, is valid. We are made up of habits. Finding their triggers, assessing how they affect us, and treating them is key.

Absolutely Fantastic!!
I love Oonagh's frank, yet loving, advice. This is a book I turn to again and again when I need another dose of Why I'm Doing This, because changing habits and lifestyles is HARD. She breaks it all down into 7 Habits that every healthy person has, which is just what I needed to get started on this journey. Thank you Oonagh!

Love love love!
Absolutely fantastic! Feeling so inspired and motivated.. I listened to this book over 5 days and started implementing the habits while listening and I’m already down 2 lbs! It’s similar to atomic habits if you enjoyed that book but this one is health specific which is awesome. It is fem language but the advice is relevant to anyone.. 10/10!

I loved this book--she is so funny!

Textbook Anthony Robbins
As I listen to the first several chapters, I can’t help but thinking over and over, “I’ve heard all of this before!” And then it’s confirmed in a later chapter. She’s at the very least a Tony Robbins follower.
As a male, this book is written for females firstly, but anyone can apply the techniques offered.
I’m also a USN veteran- a sailor at heart. So while F bombs don’t bother me, there were too many in this book in my opinion. I do understand the usage to emphasize but keep it in check.
So if you’re female you’ll connect with this book likely. If you’re masculine, you’ll probably put it down, but you ought not to as it’s worth finishing and implementing the strategies laid out.
