Great book on being an effrctive leader
This book started out bland and boring, but once it got into the meat and potatoes of it, found it very interesting. The narrators voice was quite boring though.

Every manager needs to read this book
It’s surprising how many managers have never had formal training on how to actually manage. This book is a framework and a guide that shows every manager how to schedule feedback, provide feedback, and to advance the outcomes of the organization. This is a must read for every manager who wants to invest in becoming better.

it's business fiction
it's embellished and creepily religious. was a mandatory requirement that a former supervisor recommended, and if your boss asks you to read it, do it on their time, not your own.
