Life changing
This book will answer so many questions and equip you with a true understanding of what it means to be a woman. I wish I would have known all of this when I was young, what a difference it would have made in my life! I am so grateful for this knowledge and will pass it on to my daughters and son. How powerful it feels to know that your own feminine nature can improve your overall health in every level. Information that I wish I knew when I first started my period. I feel like I’ve been robbed of basic needed information that every woman should know.

Couldn’t stop
I listened to this book over and over 3x it’s constantly on repeat. Alisa is easy to listen to and follow. My mind is blown from what I learned from this book. Why are we not taught this when we are younger. I highly recommend this book to every women. I also purchased a hard copy to have on hand. Much easier to go back and reference things over an audio book.

Sales Pitch vs Sciene
I’m so glad Alisa has put so much effort into understanding the men’s trail cycle and how to work with it.
I’m on chapter 6 though and really feeling shortchanged by the learnings. A lot of time is spent selling the book and methodologies instead of talking about what the solutions are and why they are. This feels more like a story and a sales pitch than a learning tool.

I wish I could get a refund.
I purchased this book to learn about my hormonal cycle and to be educated on the biology of the female body.
This book would have sold just fine with simply sticking to the science. I certainly could have done without hearing the virtue signaling and attack of the "patriarchy" and recognizing that "men menstruate too". What an overall disappointment.

Couldn't even finish it, don't waste your money.
Struggled to get 3/4 of the way through. According to her, absolutely every possible symptom on earth is because of your cycle. Completely out to lunch. No consideration at all given to any other potential cause of symptoms.
