Great book
This is a great start to what is an epic Space Opera. Corey grabs you with interesting, somewhat flawed characters, and sets the stage for a fantastic series.

Amazing
loved this, one fantastic mind blowing moment to the next. realism in scifi? almost unique. one of the very best sc fi authors alive. the narration was also stunning. this is a good one.

Hard Scifi Can Also Be Fun
Let me preface this by saying I'm no expert in hard Scifi, but this was the most "hard" Scifi book I listened to, and it was amazing. Can't wait to rip into the second book.
