Great listen for those who have interest in starting their journey with fasting
This book was a great short listen to remind me what I’ve learned from Dr Mindy on fasting. It’s like a short version of Fast Like a Girl but it includes a bit more for men. I will use this audio book in the future for raising myself back up to the challenge when things get tough. Thank you Dr Mindy!

This book is to accompany her first book, which must be the actual education and buy in to fasting. If you want a weekly plan this will title your week for the month. That’s about it.
