A quantum quencher!

Its not a story, do not expect to be entertained. Its meta mind music. Love it. May not work for you, but it's an excellent meta state Sherpa for me.

Constructive guided meditations

Being a novice meditation practicer these guided meditations made it less daunting. Also not necessary to have read the correlating book prior to trying these. Just dive right in.

Disappointing

I love Joe Dispenza medidations but these ones are just not for me.It is disappointing but I will continue to do his 45 minutes medidations which help me feel like my soul travels.

Useful

Useful meditation tips. Will take time and practice for a toxic routine to be broke. Will not happen after one listen, will have to become a part of your everyday routine.
