Reaction time is altered, physical timing and placement are reconceived, and the proportions of the digital frame itself become the measure of all things, so the director must conceptualize each image in terms of this new rectangle, and actors must "fit" into the frame. Good information on camera positions.

The narrator has a pleasant voice. There is good tips on camera positions and voice amplitude.
There isn't really much information on how to act.
I was left wondering what the Secrets to acting are?
I can't recommend this book.
