Good guide but strange narration
i was kind of put off by the narration. it almost sounds like A.I generated. if it's an actual human speaker the flow is weird! i think i would prefer to read this the old fashioned way.

This is yet another book about anxiety
If anxiety is not something you experience, this book will not be for you. It provides tips on dealing with stress, tension and anxiety, and the tips are not groundbreaking - you will have probably heard them before. I was kind of deceived by the appealing title; the book was not helpful for me unfortunately
