Interesting, except the Hinduism part.

Really nice book, but the parts about Hinduism were unnecessary. Has good information on Tapping.

Excellent resource

Laurel has a beautiful soothing voice. This book is full of excellent resources especially for anxiety and depression. I appreciate the inclusion of Buddhist teachings and spiritual guides. Definitely will be relistening at least a few more times.
