A must read for all agents.

No matter how long you have been in the business you will surely gain a great deal of how a true pro does things. We can all improve in some way shape or form and hearing how the best in the business does it will help take you further dealing with sellers and enjoying the journey. You list, you last! Top Realtors MUST Read This Book!!

Unbelievable the authenticity of this book. Actual tactics to implement right away. In fact I listened to this entire book in 1 day! On my way to a listing appointment it was miraculously right after the chapter on the listing presentation. I utilized Jordan’s verbiage and left with a $2m Listing Agreement!

If you are looking to friggin explode your business, land every seller you want then this book is for you!

Also shout out to Matt and Eric for an amazing section on the book

I’m listing to this over and over again! Such gold!

The agents edge came at a perfect time where I felt like I didn’t belong in the real estate business. I felt like I couldn’t be a listing realtor and this book has given me such gold. I’m listening to it over and over again. Critiquing my listing presentation and taking what I like and leaving what I don’t. It’s so nice to learn from others and learn what the pros do. Thanks Jordan! This one’s a gooder!

Not terribly insightful unfortunately.

Author is likely coasting on referrals among relatively small circle of high net worth folks. Got a high net worth client that can buy an expensive piece of real estate not only in a different area of town you don’t know about even a different country? No worries, just get that commission cheque. Great to see his success though.
