Best book I've listened to on the app yet.

Steven maps out the formula for peak performance in everyday life in understandable ways while also making it challenging enough to understand so that I want to deep dive on this subject

Masterpiece

Great progression from his earlier work as this provides more of a cookbook to achieve and execute on flow. Have signed up to his program as this is seriously good and actionable material that significantly increases chances of success at executing your work. Already seeing material gains in my performance.

A gem for self improvement!

I am so glad this book was written. Started the self improvement mindset/lifestyle a couple of years ago and I truly appreciate the quality of the content.

The book tackles things like purpose, mission, life goals but bundled with methodology to sort yourself out, doesn't matter what stage you are st!

This book covers the why (science) the how(practical methods) and raises the bar. In addition the narrative is great.

I feel like I put together a puzzle I didn't know I had the pieces to. This book is packed with knowledge and I will be listening and going back to it over and over. Def worth a hard copy too.

So many nuggets in there, it's incredible!

Take the time to read/listen to this book. I've read other books from the same author and the quality of the material just keeps increasing. If you are interested in progressing, learning what you are capable of, and heading to your goals and reaching them, this is an excellent "cheat code" in your pursuit.

Highly recommend it (in case you had any doubts...)

One of the greatest books I’ve ever read

I’ve read this 3 times now and I intend to consume it many times more.

If you’re interested in peak performance this is THE book to get.

I’ve already purchased copies as gifts for my friends and family and it’s only been out for a year.

Practical steps to move into "flow"

This book has a lot of information and needs a second read to grasp all the concepts. Be prepared to take notes...🧐📝

This book is essential if you want to succeed.

Fantastic, in-depth, instruction manual to harness your mind and body to achieve more than you could imagine. Some great mid-level dives in to neurochemistry to back all these action points up with research. Read this book, apply the actions in each chapter, and keep it as your constant reference and motivation manual.
