À propos de cet audio
Buddha can improve your athletic performance and life.
Connect spirituality to sports. The Competitive Buddha is about mastery, leadership, and spirituality. Learn what you need to keep, what you need to discard, and what you need to add to your mental, emotional, and spiritual skill set as an athlete, coach, leader, parent, CEO, or any other performer in life. Understand how Buddhism can help you to be better prepared for sports and life, and how sports and life can teach you about Buddhism.
On the court, field, and beyond. Lynch sheds light on the positive aspects of competition, adding Eastern thought and spirituality to sport, while elevating competitors and the game.
Become a master coach of your own life. When it comes to leadership and coaching, The Competitive Buddha teaches how the best coaches today use the ancient methods for our modern times, especially when it comes to the concept of Servant Leader. Learn specific strategies and techniques for implementing this special way to guide and lead.

Great book BUT resource pdf please
I really enjoyed this book and all of the concepts shared. However, anytime you have a book that asks you to write things down, journal or contemplate something specific, it would be really nice to have a downloadable resource so we could come back to those exercises when you weren't driving or walking or whatever people do when listening to an audiobook. Disappointed that there wasn't a resource. I shouldn't have to re-listen to a book to go find an exercise that I would find valuable.
