Great Book

I found this book very helpful. it's not very long and doesn't seem like it would work but it did help me. I been trying everything for years to help sleep. I barely sleep more than 5 hours a night most nights or if I was lucky 6 hours to feel somewhat normal. After listening to this book (which I didn't think was helping), I actually started to sleep better and better from feeling like someone else had that same issues as me and it gave me confidence. it's been months now since I listened to it and I now only occasionally wake up after 5 hours of sleep, a lot of nights sleeping 7 or more hours which I didn't think was possible months ago. I highly recommend even if you feel like it doesn't work for you, it's a good reminder of sleep habits and confidence builder.

must read for those with sleep issues

i read this book and based on the strategies I've been applying. my sleep has been great. stick to the plan and above all else have positive self talk and at the end of the day live your life. Find a strategy that works for you and another take away which I've applied is only go to bed when you are tired and focus on the goodnights of sleep you had in the past. Grear book made a huge difference.

the only thing that works

I was shocked by how much I connected with Sasha's story and the games her head played with her as an insomniac. I am not fully recovered yet, but has listened to this book twice and the advice is solid and has made a huge impact on me. I went from getting roughly 1-2 hours sleep per night and am now getting about 5-7 hours. progress! thank you Sasha!
