Excellent content - author too repetitious
So, the author is clearly informed on this alternative therapy, which I have just started based on numerous recommendations. Stating that, the number of times the author repeats the “life altering benefits” and how ignorant the medical practice is in North America is WAY too much, to the point where it sounds like a vendetta and takes away from the credibility of the work. Going further, there are times when the author uses the same “sales tactics” that are clarified as being used maliciously by the pharmaceutical companies.
My council to anyone reading/listening to this book is to understand the method, risks and associated signs as thoroughly as possible. The science is real, the authors excessive articulation of something that needs only be stated once is unnecessary.

A necessary book for self care
interesting history and the formulas straightforward. Anyone can follow along and help themselves or the person(s) they care about to a better path by simply listening to this. Definitely give this a listen but also do yourself the favor of getting a hard copy for reference.

This book is packed full of great information which I found very interesting and helpful. I was excited to listen to this book and learned a considerable amount about how to safely use food safe hydrogen peroxide for my health benefit. Overall this was an awesome book.
The HUGE DOWNFALL in this audible book is that there are so many references in each chapter with recommendations to - "see the TABLE BELOW" - "refer to the RESOURCE SECTION in this book" - see the DOSING REGIMENT below" - "see the following FOOD GRADE TABLE BELOW" - there are so may references to CHECK TABLES - which I CANNOT do as I cannot see the tables anywhere as this is an audio book. Therefore this book would be much better to purchase as a hard copy.
I hope that the author/publisher may read this review and include the PFD downloads for this book to rectify this issue - as this book it is not worth the cost I paid on audible to listen to it with no downloads available to reference to.
