This is one of the best series my daughter and I have ever read. The character development is fabulous right from book one and you are pulled right into the lives of this family. I would recommend to any 7-12 year old. Some mature subject matter, but a great opportunity for conversation and learning. Any of her friends that have read it, adored it too (enjoyable for adults as well). We recommend reading the books first and then enjoying the audiobooks. SO good!
