Great story
Honestly where did the books go as I power through these first 3. Love the direction and world building, it keeps a good amount of action, adventure, comedy and even horror in some aspects.
I really like the MC, he reminds me of the MC of reborn as a demonic tree and that was one of my preferred system stories.
I'd recommend this series 100%
I'm aware there's lots of system stats but I don't get why people complain about that, you can skip forward 2 minutes if you aren't interested in hearing his stats sp it's not even a downside. it's just for the people who want to keep up on a numerical understanding of his strength and growth.

so many stats this book
wasn't my favorite. was a lot less Jake being a badass and more of him going into alchemy and figuring out his path. this book just didn't give e what the first 2 did. I have no idea what the next book will bring. I guess earth politics or something.
there are a lot of interesting things going on with Jake. just not a lot of intense fighting. I didn't get that feel of life and death for Jake.

Interesting progression and sometimes hilarious
I enjoy the progression of Jake, the city, and all the characters. the humor injected here and there has me rewind the listen again for an extra chuckle.
