Having arrived at the Order of the Malefic Viper, Jake is eager to improve his alchemy....
However, reality can often be cruel. Because while trying to do just that, Jake will be dealing with the political landscape of the Order. Companion development is great
Love the book and the story, banter gives a cheeky smile to the face. This instalment was a bit overly gory in one chapter...I'll choose to ignore it. The world building is fun and seems to make it easy to get away with doing whatever however there are rules to this world and the author seems very good at staying consistent without throwing in impossible stuff just because it makes the characters look OP. I'm enjoying the nurturing Mira and would loke to see her progress in confidence and power more. Thanks for the hard work author and keep up the awesome narrator! (Being consistent in character voices and bringing the emotions off the page is top notch)
