Story
De Brevitate Vitae (frequently referred to as On the Shortness of Life in English) is a moral essay written by Seneca the Younger, a Roman Stoic philosopher, to his father-in-law Paulinus. The philosopher brings up many Stoic principles on the nature of time, namely that men waste much of it in meaningless pursuits. According to the essay, nature gives man enough time to do what is really important and the individual must allot it properly.

But her story has had its obstacles, including being her own parent, living in her car as a teenager, and moving to New York City to pursue her dreams. Through it all, she looked to movies, TV, and music as the family and support systems she never had.

At first it took a bit to follow the calm voice of Nathaniel. The inflections are subtle to what I'm used to. However, this is my 3rd time finishing the book and each time I come away with so much. I enjoy this audio very much.

Definitely a candidate for the second time reading
There is nothing new in what Dr. Branden is saying but he does that in very precise terms and formulations that leave out second meaning and ways to misinterpret. He promises that his exercises will help which is yet to be seen. Recommended!
