Story
A gentle reminder for the days you feel light in this world, and for the days in which the sun rises a little slower. A gentle reminder for when your heart is full of hope and for when you are learning how to heal it. A gentle reminder for when you finally begin to trust in the goodness and for when you need the kind of words that hug your broken pieces back together. A gentle reminder for when growth hangs heavy in the air, for when you need to tuck your strength into your bones just to make it to tomorrow.

Beautiful
I loved this book entirely. The narrator did an awesome job. And i don’t usually find such a short book can say so much but this one was really beautiful and uplifting. I also don’t reread books very often but i think i will read this one from time to time. I recommend this book.

Narrator's suffering victim tone ruins it
As a big believer in growing and empowering oneself from experience, both positive and negative, I found the material to be excellent. But the narrator delivers the material in such a suffering victim, woe-me whisper that it destroys what is otherwise supposed to be a positive empowering experience. The book is clearly intended for readers who were hurt, but noit for the purpose of wallowing in victim hood - it's supposed to be for those who are ready to grow from their suffering, so the last thing they want to hear is a breathy injured victim wimpering about. Speeding up the narration made it sound a bit less whiny and more proactive.
