outdated info, poor nutritional recommendations

outdated nutritional info. recommend reading mcdougalls "the starch solution" or the maximum weightloss version of the starch solution if you are also looking for accurate info on healthy eating. this book recommends including foods that are not healthful. It's a decent start. other better options are "how not to diet" and "how not to die" by Micheal Greger. These alternative books offer the same concept, but with correct, scientifically proven nutritional info. would never recommend this book and will be getting it refunded.
