Game Changer
I listened to this book to get over my fear of falling.
It worked.
It is full of relatable stories, exercises for in the gym or outside and tips for getting over a multitude of common issues that will limit your climbing potential.

Boring
I'm a rock climber (traditional climbing) and I'm a specialist rope access technicien (SPRAT). This book didn't teach me anything. I fell asleep after listening halfway because the narrator is so boring. I don't recommend this book.

One of my favorite books but...
The narrator's voice is terrible. I could not listen to this book which is one of my favorite climbing book reference. Too bad.
