Good read. Thoughtful advice.

This book was better than I thought. A lot of it actually made sense and her suggestions for improving were relatable and the changes aren’t extreme or weird. I have seen changes already from a similar whole foods diet and I believe her science to be credible. I’m looking forward to tracking my cycle and actually seeing what else changes and what parts of my cycle I can really amplify for better mental state, focus and overall health. There is a huge focus on fertility which didn’t apply to me but because I have 2 kids I still listened and learned a few things. I would def recommend to someone trying or wanting to become pregnant. Her emphasis on both physical AND mental health for pregnancy are spot on.

This book found me when I needed it. I love the information and sometimes when I see women suffering from disease that her diet can help I let them know about her book.

Empowering and Enlightening

This book has really changed the views I had of my female body. Highly reccomend to all women. I wish I had read this earlier in life and saved myself decades of shame and struggle. My daughter will be given these tools early and I hope she will thrive and flourish better than I did.

The PDF is available in your Audible Library

Before getting this book I read the reviews, and with some of the bad ones I thought they were being harsh. Now I understand where they are coming from.

It is more about the author, how good and smart she is, how she's going to tell you what to do but "later". At first I kept wondering why is she trying to sell me this book that I already bought. Then I searched her website and found out it sells 300$ plans and memberships to her programs.

Anyhow, the book does have some helpful information, and great suggestions for lifestyle changes. I haven't implemented yet the "code", but I have no doubts it will help to improve women's health overall.

I do enjoy her voice and the narration style. Great quality audio, really easy to understand for someone with ESL.
