The entire process is incredible

This is similar to meditation, however, with Dawn, she is guiding you, helping you to stop thinking about anxious or stressful things. She uses her voice and various breathing techniques to help you with this and it works. It grounds you and makes you a better person. A few times a week, the entire process is incredible.
