  • The first thing many of us do in the morning is reach over and grab our phone. It's either to shut the alarm off or to see how much more time you can sleep for. If you haven to beat your alarm, instead of reaching for your phone I encourage you to just get your day started. Don't even look at your phone, just place it on the counter and go about your morning until your first alarm goes off. I did this yesterday and it was such a game changer for my morning.
