    I'm Krystal Jae, The Empowerment Goddess, Disciple of Christ, Wife, Mother of three. Speaker and Author who is a CPD/CE/ICF Accredited Somatic Trauma Informed Coach, and CPD/CE Accredited Trauma Informed Workshop Facilitator. I am also certified in Therapeutic Art, Law of Attraction, Meditation, etc.

    You see, I tried to ignore the inner pain left behind by generational trauma, sexual, medical and psychological trauma including toxic relationships by moving on with my life after therapy. Unfortunately for me and probably you as well, therapy helped me return to my baseline, but I was still struggling to feel understood, loved and good enough for my family and life in general. There were many days that I would break down in the shower with a gut wrenching cry, gasping for air and playing music hoping no one would hear me. Times I would have crying sessions in my car, because life was lifing and surviving was getting hard.

    Many times I would break down to God asking him to ease the pain, quiet my mind and calm my spirit. I would ask him for guidance, protection and why I had to endure all the pain that was living inside me when all I did was do my best to love and support everyone. I remember wishing that I had a big sister or someone to talk to, guide me and understand what I was going through. I was tired of hearing "You are strong." "It will be okay." "Just pray." or I would receive silence. So, I hid the inner pain, trauma, fear, and self doubt. Can you relate?

    Then... Boom. A mental breakdown took over my life. No sleep, bc of the vivid nightmares and couldn't stay awake due to not having energy. Hardly any showers, food or drinks. I needed help. Real help that would last. I needed true healing. I needed love. I needed understanding.

    One night after I woke up from crying in my sleep I realized that if I was going to live the life I deserve, I needed to discover who I am. I needed to finally heal from the traumatic experiences in my life that stayed hidden in my mind causing me to feel mentally overwhelmed, exhausted and lonely. So, I created a program that saved me, a friend & my clients. It gave us a Life Worth Living and I am Ready to share it with YOU!
