Hey Grace Seekers, Depression is a battle many of us fight in silence, but you don’t have to face it alone. In this episode, I’m opening up about my own journey with depression—the moments I’ve felt broken, the weight I’ve carried, and the ways I’ve learned to lean on God through it all.

We’ll look at biblical truths that remind us God is near, even in our darkest moments. From David’s cries in the Psalms to Jesus’ sorrow in Gethsemane, Scripture shows us that even the strongest believers have walked through seasons of deep pain. But more importantly, it reminds us that God never leaves us there.

If you’ve ever whispered a prayer in the dark, wondering if God hears you, this episode is for you. You are seen. You are loved. And you are not alone.

Hey, Grace Seekers! Since it’s February, we’re diving into a topic that’s on a lot of hearts—love. But before we get into relationships, we have to start with the foundation: God’s love.

We all have an idea of the kind of love we want, but is it the love God designed? In this episode, we’ll explore what it means to fall in love with God first, why His love shapes how we love others, and how both men and women are called to love in relationships. We’ll reflect on scriptures like Ephesians 5:25-28, where Jesus shows sacrificial love for the church, and 1 Corinthians 13:4-8, which reminds us that love is patient, kind, and never fails.

Whether you’re single, dating, or married, this conversation will challenge you to align your desires with God’s plan. For more updates and to keep the conversation going, connect with me on Instagram @atthefootofgrace. Let’s talk about it! Tune in now.
