Hi fram! In this episode, I’m sharing a heartwarming moment that completely turned my day around—a simple act of kindness while ordering a matcha latte. It reminded me of the incredible power of kindness to uplift our spirits and shift our perspective. I’ll also introduce you to my favorite metaphor, 'Rollover Minutes,' which helps me hold onto joyful moments when I need them most.

Together, we’ll talk about the magic of deep breathing, cherishing happiness, and how small acts of love can inspire us to spread joy in our lives and the lives of others. And as always, I want to thank you, my amazing listeners, for the joy you bring into my life.

Let’s dive in and celebrate the beauty of kindness together. 🫶jenn

  • What My Heart Needed To Hear
    Feb 12 2025

Welcome back Framily. In this episode, I’m sharing a deeply personal piece from my heart—a reflection on motherhood, trauma, and the journey of healing. I’ll take you through a moment that moved me to my core: listening to the joyful voicemails of a friend’s late mother, a bittersweet reminder of the maternal love I’ve longed for but never had.

Together, we’ll explore the duality of life—the sadness and the joy, the pain and the growth—and how acknowledging these emotions can lead to profound healing.I’ll talk about breaking cycles of generational trauma, finding love and connection in unexpected places, and the empowering realization that healing starts from within.

This is a story of hope, gratitude, and the beauty of discovering that love is all around us, if we’re open to it.Join me as I read this blog aloud and invite you to reflect on your own journey. Let’s heal together, one step at a time.
