  • E75: Maintaining Balance & Navigating Perspective
    Jan 9 2025

In this episode of the Do Epic Shit Today Podcast, I reflect on two crucial components I learned in 2024: maintaining balance and navigating perspective. Personally, 2024 was one of the best years of my life, but it was also one of the hardest. After taking a couple of weeks off from rigorous training, I realized how my commitment to accomplishing a goal had become an obsession—one that no longer brought me the joy it once did. I had thrown myself so deeply into my goals that I lost myself in the process.

By applying some personal "gauges" to my life and practicing gratitude, I’ve been able to find balance between my passions—running, podcasting, and other pursuits. My hope is to share some of my "growth opportunities" from 2024, as they may help others tackle their goals in a more sustainable manner.

This episode is for anyone who feels stuck in a rut, has lost their spark, or needs reassurance that they are worth living a life they enjoy!

  • E74: Darius / Run Tech Club & The Startup Mentality
    Dec 19 2024

On this episode of the Do Epic Shit Today Podcast, I chat with Darius, founder and CEO of Run Tech Club - a multidimensional running community that empowers humans to “run” with their startup vision and entrepreneur mindset while also providing additional opportunities to level up their personal development.

Darius chats with me about the startup culture, the concept turned reality of Run Tech Club, the opportunities Run Tech Club provides to its members and how the club was strategically created to grow from the ground up by encouraging community and opportunity.

This is an epic listen if you've got the entrepreneurial bug or want to feel inspired to meet up with a running community!

  • E73: Mike Lee / The Love for Running & Starting a Production Company
    Dec 12 2024

In this episode of the Do Epic Shit Today Podcast, I chat with Mike Lee, a fellow runner whose love and passion for cinematography inspired him to launch his own production company, Mike Lee Productions. Mike and I chat about the multiple crossovers and interconnectivity between running and starting a business, the edge he’s able to provide by being an athlete and shooting content for brands in the athletic space, and a few of his upcoming goals and future dream projects.

Mike and I also chat specifically about some of his upcoming races - one of them being the Tokyo Marathon in March of next year plus the potential to also run the Sydney Marathon in August 2026!

This episode is EPIC if you’re looking for a spark to reignite that entrepreneur mindset or sign up for a race.
