About the person
The ideal applicant will have:
Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or a related field, complemented by experience in business development and/or sales.
A proven track record in developing and executing student recruitment strategies or equivalent experience in business development and sales.
Advanced skills in lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals, with a strong focus on achieving results.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including public speaking and presentation skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.
Demonstrated experience in setting goals, utilising data for informed decision-making, and understanding of the tertiary education sector.
Applicants are required to possess a current Blue Card or demonstrate the ability to obtain one.
Salary details
The salary range for this full-time position is $ 109,000 to $125,000 per annum, commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience, plus 12% superannuation.
