• Episode 102: The Civil War and Slavery (PART 2)
    Jul 15 2025

The Civil War was the bloodiest war fought on American soil, and it was fought by Americans. But there have been many misconceptions about this time of American history; some are understandably so, and others are done intentionally. In this 4-part series we will take a look at some of the Civil War's forgotten history and dive a little deeper into the rough waters known as the history of slavery in America. Some of what we discover might shock you; some might outright offend you; but it is only through research that we can truly understand this time in America and hopefully become better informed about topics that have become so political in our time that families tear each other apart with hate and end this ignorance that divides Americans.

We will learn more about the Civil War, Abraham Lincoln, General Robert E. Lee, secession, state’s rights, the Union, and slavery.

  • (Special Episode) No Kings Day
    Jun 19 2025

A powerful and provocative political poem that explores the erosion of liberty and constitutional principles in the face of unchecked executive power. Through vivid imagery and a rhythmic structure, we draw parallels between historical monarchy and modern political leadership—suggesting that while kings may not wear crowns today, their methods of suppression, censorship, and control persist under new guises. With this poem we critique the consolidation of authority, the circumvention of democratic process, and the silencing of dissent, all while calling you to recognize the fragility of freedom when the people grow complacent.

Blending satire with a deep sense of patriotic lament, we question the legitimacy of political figures who operate beyond the reach of law and accountability. With this poem we will touch on themes of censorship, policy overreach, pandemic mandates, immigration secrecy, and election integrity, all while invoking the ghost of tyranny once thought defeated.

This poem is both a warning and a wake-up call—a reminder that true leadership must answer to the people, and that liberty demands constant vigilance.

Are you getting paid peanuts for the work you do? If so, what can you do about it?

Are you paying someone else peanuts for their work? If so, have you just created a circus?

I found this quote in a very unlikely place, but it fits well with most people’s perceptions and stations in life. What is that quote? Listen and find out.

But know this: You are worth more than you think.

Can a tool be evil? Is an inanimate object inherently evil?

What are your thoughts on this? Well, mine are expressed in this episode.

In this episode we will tackle what should be an easy-to-answer question: Is a tool evil? Are guns evil? Can a tool commit a crime?

Listen as we talk about the obvious and some people’s heads explode with obvious, logical, and objective reasoning.

  • Episode 098: Understanding Fools (PART 2)
    May 20 2025

What is foolish? What is good judgment? Is there any type of good when judging?

Proverbs 26:4-5 says, “Do not answer a fool according to his folly, or you yourself will be just like him. Answer a fool according to his folly, or he will be wise in his own eyes.”

Listen as we take apart this passage and discuss the topic of which we all fall into from time to time but one which only wisdom can escape.

You will want to hear part 2.

Proverbs 26:4-5 says, “Do not answer a fool according to his folly, or you yourself will be just like him. Answer a fool according to his folly, or he will be wise in his own eyes.”

Do not debate with a fool on their own terms. That is a futile action.

But who is a fool? What is a fool? How do you talk to fools?

Listen as we take apart this passage and discuss the topic of which we all fall into from time to time but one which only wisdom can escape.
