Relaxing and effective collection

I love this collection of sleep meditations. I have listened to them all and found them very beneficial in helping me unwind and prepare myself for a restful and recharging sleep. I wish there were more!

A Great Simple and Soft Guide to Self-awareness

This was a very calm and simple audio to relax before bed to. The voice of the narrator is very smooth and calming 🌙

most meditations were too short. one kept bouncing from focusing on the right side of the body to the left which was annoying.

Too much repetitive talk by Diddy. It was weird. It felt like he was laying next to me in bed.

7 mins is to short

these are supposed to be sleep meditations. for me personally they were all way to short. I'm not even settled in 10 minutes let alone able to fall asleep. not the best audio I have listened to.
