    Welcome to our podcast on meditation. In today's episode, we're going to guide you through a meditation session that's inspired by the calming sounds of the ocean.

    Imagine yourself on a beautiful beach, with the sun shining down on you and a gentle breeze blowing. The sand is warm and soft beneath your feet, and the ocean waves are gently lapping at the shore.

    Lie down on your back and feel the warmth of the sand beneath you. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, then exhale slowly. Repeat this a few times, letting go of any tension in your body with each breath.

    As you listen to the sound of the waves, imagine each wave washing over you and carrying away any stress or worry. Feel the cool water washing over your toes, and imagine that sensation spreading up your legs, over your torso, and up to the crown of your head.

    Breathe in deeply and feel the salt air fill your lungs. Hold the breath for a few seconds, then exhale slowly, feeling a sense of peace and calm wash over you.

    As you continue to listen to the sound of the waves, let your thoughts drift away. Focus only on the sensation of the sand beneath you and the sound of the ocean. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to the present moment.

    Stay here as long as you like, enjoying the peace and tranquillity of the beach. When you're ready to return to your day, take a few deep breaths and slowly open your eyes.
