    And while every good coach acknowledges their bias and tries their best to be unbiased for their clients, it’s hard to escape this reality.

    As a client, do you want somebody that reinforces your bias or somebody that confronts it?

    Welcome everybody to my newest endeavor: Purposeful Fitness Channel!

    PURPOSE- reason or motivation behind an intentional action.

    PURPOSEFUL FITNESS- Fitness created to directly impact your ability to be successfully Purposeful


    We all start working out because we believe the gains we make in the gym will allow us to be better at something else (better looking, more energy, stronger muscles, improve my ability to play a sport,…). At some point, most people lose themselves in the routine of working out and end up training just to check a box. Purposeful Training is the idea that there is one True North for why we train. And that is your Purpose.


    It goes beyond “I want to lose a few pounds”, “I just want to look better”, “I’m just trying to keep moving”. If you started working out because you want to be the best painter in the world, or a great doctor, or a dad who can play with his kids, or be able to run a marathon, how is your training, nutrition and lifestyle supporting that specific goal?


    My goal is to educate and guide people on what they can do to not stray away from the path to their True Purpose.
