In this episode, I dive into the exhausting and painful reality of smear campaigns—when someone spreads lies to damage your reputation. Drawing from my own story I share what I call the “Ten Pages of Hate” from my upcoming book Radiate and Rise: Discovering Peace and Power During and After Divorce. I also share in this episode how smear campaigns can impact your relationships, career, and emotional well-being.
